Kettering Men had to eventually take second best behind Mother Nature as their valiant attempts at pitch clearance were called to a halt after 80 mins and only one twenty five clear. The pitch was playable under the snow but with the drifting on the court side it became just too much of a struggle.
Thanks to Ollies Dad, Tony for pitching in and Sarah for providing the bacon rolls. Next time we must make sure we have clubhouse keys so we can cook them. Lesson learnt.

The game is rearranged for next Sunday at 2:00pm.
