Four members of the Committee are of to Lee Valley on Saturday on a fact finding mission as guests of England Hockey. EH have highlighted Kettering as a Club with growth potential and want to help us increase our membership. We are seen as a club that has the potential to grow from 250 to 500 members. We have a lot of the processes in place to make that happen but need to tap into other good ideas.
The conference at the Womens World Cup will feature key note addresses from Beeston HC and Cambridge City HC and have the opportunity to meet committee members from similar clubs who invariably have the same issues as us regarding growth of membership etc.

There is a follow up meeting in the autumn to see what progress we have made.
