On Line payment has arrived at Kettering HC

Following an investigation into e payment the Club have now set up an e-payment system for all your fees through our website provider Pitchero.
Subs are due by 22nd September. There are multiple membership options so choose the one that best fits you / your family. Payment can be in one go or in four even payments.

Match fees are also payable on line. You can pay it all up front and then get a rebate/extra bill depending how many games you play.

All this has been put in place to make the treasurers job easier. As the Club grows some tasks like collecting fees can become all consuming so this will help lessen the burden on our treasurer.

An important bit - now you can pay on line you WILL need to pay every week. No credit accounts like in the past. Last year nearly £1000 of debt was written off and we can't afford to take the hit which is one of the primary reasons we have introduced e payment. You will receive a reminder email/text from our epayment platform if you don't your match fees. All captains will be made aware that it's now No pay - no play.

Attached are two documents - a how to pay guide and a powerpoint that Treasurer Matt will go through with the captains. They're worth a read as they explain that petrol and teas will now be paid direct to your account in arrears, which is how coaching and umpiring expenses are currently reimbursed.

E payment has been trialled in the summer for occasional games and mens pre season costs with great success.

You will need to make sure you are registered on the website to enjoy e payment. Most of you are already so get paying.

Paying early eases the burden on our admin people and means we can meet early bills like pitch hire, league fees, match balls etc etc but also saves you being hassled.
