Many thanks to Claire Jennings for her behind the scenes organisation and thanks to everyone who came out to support. We raised over £300. The usual percentage goes to our charities Cransley Hospice and Golden Years.
Money raised at social events goes to trying to give everyone a better experience either at training or on Saturdays. For example those brilliant mini goals, the dugouts we now take for granted, the millions of balls at training don’t just magically appear so if you play support our socials because it means we can have better equipment to improve the standard of play.
Next up we’re looking at rebound boards to help our strikers and keepers.

The next social is after Christmas and is the Race Night, held in association with the Cricket Section. Each race is doubly sold, 1 Hockey, 1 Cricket. After that its the Beetle Drive and then the big Club Awards Dinner - venue to be confirmed shortly and once we know tickets will go on esale so you can pay in advance or over a couple of months.
