Kettering Vintage 1-7 Formby Vintage

Having lost in the Cup to last year's winners Ben Rhydding Formby would be amongst the favourites to win the Trophy. Having made it to Round 3 Kettering knew this would be a difficult mission. Kettering started quite brightly and on their first foray into Formby territory Paul Brooker hammered home a great shot. Sadly this inspired the visitors who were camped in Kettering's half for the majority of the half. Goals came regularly and they led 3-1 at the break.
