Ketterings hard work on the training pitch paid of as everything clicked into place with a convincing win against Towcester 3rds. Kettering started strongly attacking down the right with Helen Keyworth and the left with man of the match Alexia Webb. The goals came thick and fast with two for Kirsty Smith, returning from illness, two for evergreen Chris Rowland-Jones and Keyworth netting herself after a fine run and cross from right back Louise Martin. Kettering kept the pressure on in the seconds half allowing Smith to complete her hat trick and Shez Coe and Michelle Lee completing the scoring. Kettering travel to Wellingborough to play their 1st team next week and need their form to continue in what will be a hard fought contest.
