Kettering Ladies 2nds played a strong Belper 2nds team, who’s 1st currently performing well in the National conference. Kettering battled well with tireless performances by the youngster in the team, Gracie Gault, Lucie Freeman and Ellie Mulligan. Natalie Irons had some fine runs down the right wing and Evie Wharf continued to impress defensively. It was good to welcome Louise Storey back into the side after being sidelined due to surgery for a few weeks. Belper attack with purpose and scored four in the first half and then adding a further three in the second. Kettering travel to fellow strugglers Ashbourne and then Market Harborough, needing two wins to give them a chance to stay in the league.
