Outstanding second half keeps kettering 3s on winning form

Kettering began the game with excellent wide passing and within the first quarter of the game an intense battle with the goal keeper, resulting in Mary Schwier conceding our winning goal.

Some further attacking movements were made by Eleanor Izzard and Martha Ross, quickly and efficiently getting the ball through to Sam Bedford and Catlin curran, however, unfortunately Woottons defence closed us down.

In defence, some lovely clearances were made by Sophie Craig and Jan Randle who fought hard to close down Woottons attackers. Laura Beswick, the goal keeper, made some incredible saves, especially in the first half with a superman dive! 

Overall this was a gutsy performance from Kettering, and we are improving our play as a team week by week.
