Kettering too strong for St. Neots

First Half
Cracking start to the game with Imogen scoring the first goal after some super passing through the middle. The team created some good build up play with some superb triangular passing and the team working well together which built up to second goal from Elana. Halfway through the first half there was a torrential downpour but this didn’t prevent some more super passing and a further goal from Sophie. It wasn’t long before Elana scored another goal. Sophie got onto the end of a hit into the D to secure another goal. Elana scored a tremendious goal from a short corner, so much so that even the opposition said that they ‘weren’t getting in the way of that one’.
Second Half
During the second half St Neots came back fighting with an early goal. They defended well and prevented any further advances from the team. The team worked well to defend any further advances from St Neots.
Man of the match goes to Elana for the hat-trick.
Doof of the day goes to Natalie for trying to walk in the locked gate when there was a big open one next to it.
