Fantastic Effort from all U8s!

Kettering entered 1 team into the 4 a-side tournament hosted by Long Buckby in Daventry on a rainy Sunday morning. Although a few nerves got to some of the players as they entered the first game they all pulled through and got stuck into all of their matches. Amy Smith played very well throughout all of the games putting in some very strong tackles with the help of sister Holly Smith who showed off her skills throughout the tournament. Rebecca Brooking also played well doing some great running and getting into lots of spaces along side Jonah James who played brilliantly with some strong and accurate passes to all of his team mates. Both Jonah and Holly scored a goal each during the tournament. Overall Kettering were very impressive with not only their energy and enthusiasm but willing to play the correct rules and wanting to play some lovely hockey.
