Lack of experience leads to an unlucky results!

Kettering enter two teams into the tournament hosted by Northampton Saints after a last minute change. Kettering 2 consisting of Poppy Smart, Lucy Tanser, Ilana Jacobs, Chiara La Penna, Charlotte Bennett, Rose Starsemore-Young, Molly McBride held up a strong fight against all of their opposition including Saints, Market Harborough and Rugby however didn't mange to score a goal. The team spirit was fantastic they just need to work on using the whole pitch and understanding some rules such as short corners. The other Kettering team, Kettering 1, struggled with the same issues but the team of Ciaran Goodison-Wright (who scored 1 goal in the 3rd match), James Kay, Josh Kean, Bella Bridgestock, Evie McGowen, Edward Perry and Josh Poole had great determination resulting in Ciaran scoring the only Kettering goal of the tournament.
