U10s play brilliantly in a challenging tournament!

Like the U8s, Kettering U10s went to Daventry in one of the last tournaments of the season where they played against Long Buckby and Northampton Saints. Due to a few late dropouts our two teams changed to one but that didn't effect the moral of the team including: Poppy Smart (1 goal), Molly McBride (1 goal), James Kay, Matilda Guyett, Charlotte Bennett, Elspbeth Bedwell, Ilana Jacobs, Edward Perry (1 goal) and Evie McGowen. They all played very well with lots of fantastic tackling and good team work which lead to improved results against saints of which they drew 2-2 against and previously lost 5-0 and 2-0! Due to there being quite a few subs Kettering had to get used to playing with many changes on the pitch which is something that they will easily get used to after practice. Overall they played very well and gained lots of experience in preparation for the midlands tournament.
