Kettering had 9 players for their 7 a-side fixture and all of them played brilliantly, putting in great effort and showing some amazing talent and skill. In the first game they won 1-0 against a saints side after Jude Mitchell scored a great goal. His goal scoring continued as he also scored 2 goals in the following game against Long Buckby alongside Haydn Young who gained his well deserved goal and took the team to a 3-0 win. Jude was on fire again as he scored a goal in the 3rd game where Kettering drew 1-1 against a saints side. Unfortunately tired legs got the better of us as we lost 1-0 to the final saints team. I am so incredibly proud of the U10s today as they played fantastically.... watch out men's section!
