The second half of the league season starts with a lunch time trip to Leadenham. We won the first fixture 4-1 but we were impressed with Leadenham’s organisation. They seem to struggle to score goals and are in that comfortable middle zone with St Neots and CoP4.
We are playing at RAF Cranwell so it’s passports packed and number plates declared as it’s an operational base. So hopefully we’ll be flying high. It is the home of the RAF College which trains new officers and aircrew so it’s chocks away ginger. TE Lawrence ( of Arabia) was stationed there and the architecture is also pretty good apparently. All in all sounds like a nice day out, especially if we bring back three points.
