Youngsters show great pontential in difficult game.

A solid first half couldn't hold it for Kettering, with Tamworth pulling ahead with fantastic passing play.

Simon Chambers struck first for Kettering, with a fantastic cross from Ricky Payne finding the end of his stick and then the back of the net. Then a mistake by Kettering goalie Matt Coe gifted Tamworth a goal, putting the score at 1-1. After attacks from both sides, Tamworth broke free and rebounded a saved shot into the roof of the goal.

4 consecutive goals lengthened Tamworth's lead to 6-1, with the Kettering backline doing the absolute best, but proving helpless against a superior side. A short corner given to Kettering found the goal thanks to Richard Middleton couldn't make any difference as the game ended straight afterward ending a great game (despite the score-line!) 6-2 to Tamworth.
