Top of the table Louth come south this weekend to face unbeaten Kettering. Kettering, one of the very few sides in the East yet to concede a goal will be hoping to improve on last weekends shot shy display at Wisbech. Skipper Ollie Smith said “this team has definitely got goals in it so a drab nil nil draw last week was disappointing. We’ll be hoping to put that right, especially with the league leaders coming to town.”
Louth have made an impressive return to Div 4 but have so far only played the other two promoted clubs (St Ives 5-0 and Wellingborough 5-2).
Kettering welcome back Max Foster and Jack Bridges to give them a full squad knowing that a victory will put them towards the head of the fledgling table.
