Skymoons ease past Long Buckby

Skymoons made short work of Long Buckby with a convincing win. A very strong Skymoons team were just too quick and sharp and pretty much scored goals at will. 5-0 up at half time and about the same in the second half. A delicate lob saw Long Buckby get on the scoresheet, a goal that Matt/Woggy/etc would all have saved. One shot, one goal, standard.
Cavey definitely scored four. Meg got one, at least. Ollie hit the post from seven inches. Andy must have scored. It was quite hot and the pitch was quite smelly. Can you get legionnaires disease from an AstroTurf? Now there’s a discussion piece for those long road trip to Norwich next year.
